2. Our Service Fissa3 is a food delivery platform connecting customers with local restaurants in Yemen. We facilitate orders but are not responsible for food preparation.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to restaurant availability
Payment is cash on delivery
Prices shown include delivery fees
Orders cannot be modified after confirmation

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 30-60 minutes
Delivery is available within designated zones only
Delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before restaurant confirmation
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days
Refunds are added to your wallet balance

6. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate delivery address
Be available to receive your order
Treat delivery staff with respect
